The Body-Solid GAB300B Semi-Recumbent Ab Bench lets users perform crunches, sit-ups and knee raises from an upright, easy-access seat. Plate-loaded resistance and multiple adjustments fit users of different sizes in home gyms and fitness facilities.

Description
Many ab benches force users onto the floor or a steep decline. The GAB300B keeps the user seated in a semi-recumbent position, with ergonomically placed handles guiding the upper-ab crunch and a counterbalanced leg support for lower-ab knee raises. Each movement can be locked out to train it alone, or both can be used together.
The contoured seat and articulating foot support keep the body aligned through each rep, and the compact frame fits into tight floor plans. Resistance is added with Olympic plates (sold separately) up to a 200 lb. capacity. The black finish was introduced in 2024.
