Delivery and installation.
In Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana we deliver, place and assemble the equipment. Outside that region, most products ship curbside by freight; tell us your location and we will confirm what we can do before you order.

Ongoing service.
Put your facility on a preventative maintenance contract so problems get caught before they take a machine off the floor.
Shipping, Lead Times and Brand Restrictions
Lead times are set by the manufacturer, so ask us to confirm the current build schedule if you have an opening date.
Most products ship within 1 to 3 weeks on average.
Made-to-order and custom-configured equipment can take up to 15 weeks.

What equipment works well in an office gym?
Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes for cardio, a functional trainer or selectorized machines for guided strength training, dumbbells with benches, and mats for stretching cover most needs. We tailor the list to your space and team during a free consultation.
Can you deliver to an office building without a loading dock?
Yes, but tell us in advance. Liftgate service and inside delivery need to be arranged with the freight carrier before dispatch, and adding them after the truck is loaded costs more.
Do you offer maintenance and service contracts?
Yes. Our certified technicians service cardio, strength and functional equipment, and we offer preventative maintenance contracts for commercial facilities. Commercial service is quoted per site based on your equipment list, how heavily the floor is used and how often you want us on site. Standard rates apply across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana; travel outside the region is priced per job.
