FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question that isn’t answered here? Give our commercial team a call.
What equipment works well in a fire station or police gym?
A practical station gym is often built around a power rack or half rack with a barbell and bumper plates, plus dumbbells or kettlebells, an air bike or rower, a stair climber, and room for sled and carry work on rubber flooring. We tailor the list to your space and your team during a free consultation.
Can you design a training room for a small space?
Yes. Our free consultation includes complimentary 3D renderings, so we can plan a compact, multi-purpose layout for the space you have.
Can you quote to our department's purchasing requirements?
Commercial orders are quoted individually. Tell us your equipment needs and any purchasing or product requirements up front, and we will build the quote around them.
Do you deliver and install outside Idaho?
Delivery, placement and professional assembly are available across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. Most products ship curbside anywhere in the continental United States, and some brands have manufacturer shipping restrictions. If you are outside our regional service area, tell us where you are and we will confirm what we can do before you order.
Do you offer maintenance and service contracts?
Yes. Our certified technicians service cardio, strength and functional equipment, and we offer preventative maintenance contracts for commercial facilities. Commercial service is quoted per site based on your equipment list, how heavily the floor is used and how often you want us on site. Standard rates apply across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana; travel outside the region is priced per job.
