Base Travel Fee

Based on distance from our warehouse. Charged for every visit.

Hourly Service Rate

$90/hr ($25 for Diagnostics)
Purchased from the other guys
$160/hr ($35 for Diagnostics)

Time is billed from arrival to completion and includes diagnostics and repairs. Min Charge is $90. Diagnostic visits are charged as the base travel fee + $25. If we are unable to repair your equipment, we may credit up to $75 of diagnostic charges toward the purchase of a new machine. Diagnostic fees are collected at the time of each visit. Credit amount is not guaranteed and may vary.
