Base Travel Fee

Based on distance from our warehouse. Charged per visit.

$90/hour (+$25 diagnostic)

$160/hour (+$35 diagnostic)
Billing
Time billed from arrival to completion. Includes diagnostics and repairs.

Diagnostic & Service Policy
Diagnostic visits are charged as the base travel fee + $25.
If we are unable to repair your equipment, we may credit up to $75 toward a new machine.
Fees are collected at each visit. Credit not guaranteed.
