Description
The BFVK10B supports the user on padded back and arm rests so the legs can hang freely for knee and leg raises, reducing strain on the lower back. Twisting variations work the obliques, while the parallel dip bars train chest, shoulders and triceps.
A pull-up bar with wide and narrow grip positions covers back and biceps work, and push-up handles at the base round out the station. The steel frame is light enough to move out of the way when not in use.
