An Adjustable Bench Sized to Fit Inside Your Rack
The Body-Solid GFID31B Flat/Incline/Decline Bench has a shortened base frame designed to fit inside Smith machines, power racks and multi-press racks. A ladder-style back pad and eight-position seat cover flat, incline and decline pressing, and a T-bar leg hold-down is included for decline work.

Description
Many adjustable benches are too long to sit squarely under a Smith machine or inside a power rack. The GFID31B's shortened base solves that, placing the user in the correct position for incline presses and seated shoulder presses under the bar. The ladder-style back pad locks quickly into six positions, and the seat adjusts through eight to prevent sliding on steeper inclines.
A T-bar leg hold-down is included for decline presses and crunches, and the bench accepts Body-Solid's optional GLDA1 leg developer and GPCA1 preacher curl attachments. Transport wheels make it easy to roll in and out of the rack. The GFID31B comes in a black finish introduced in 2024.
