Description
Adding decline angle is one of the simplest ways to make crunches and sit-ups harder, and the BFAB10B offers three settings of 15, 20 and 25 degrees. Four-inch high-density foam rollers anchor the legs while the 1.75" upholstered pad supports the back.
Safety pins and bolts handle the adjustments and also allow the bench to be broken down or set permanently in one position. At 23 lbs. it is easy to move and store in a home gym.
