The Body-Solid GKR9 is a combination vertical knee raise and dip station that attaches to the Body-Solid G9 multi-station gym. It adds bodyweight core, shoulder and triceps training without a separate freestanding tower.

Description
The GKR9 bolts to the G9 gym to create a dedicated bodyweight station for hanging knee raises, leg raises and parallel bar dips. The oversized back pad and padded arm rests keep the upper body stable, so the work stays in the abs, hip flexors, shoulders and triceps.
Because it uses the gym's footprint, the GKR9 adds core and dip training with only a modest increase in floor space. Assembled dimensions are 26.9" L x 47.3" W x 74.8" H.
