Turn Your Body-Solid Bench Into a Preacher Curl Station
The Body-Solid GPCA1 Preacher Curl Attachment mounts to select Body-Solid adjustable benches to isolate the biceps, triceps and forearms. A thick DuraFirm arm pad and included bar saddle make strict curls possible without a dedicated preacher bench.

Description
Preacher curls lock the elbows in front of the body, which removes momentum and keeps tension on the biceps. The GPCA1 adds that capability to a compatible Body-Solid bench, using an extra-thick DuraFirm pad for arm comfort and a bar saddle to rack the bar between sets.
The attachment cannot be used on its own and is designed only for the Body-Solid GFID71, GFID31, GDIB46L and GFID100 benches (bench sold separately).
