A 5 ft bar is useful where a full 7 ft bar will not fit, and for exercises such as curls, rows, lunges and floor presses. The OB60B uses standard 2" Olympic sleeves, so it works with Olympic plates and collars.
Check rack and bench width before ordering: the distance between collars is 36.5" (inside), which is narrower than most full-size power racks.
