Description
Seated barbell presses train the deltoids, triceps, traps and upper chest, and the SOSB250 is purpose-built for them. Solid lift-offs with several racking positions let each user unrack the bar from the proper height, and adjustable safety stops sit below the bar path.
An integrated spotter platform puts a training partner in position to assist. Composite lining on the bar catches protects both bar and bench, and the 2" x 3" 11-gauge steel frame is rated to 1,000 lbs.
