The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine SPRLHD Leg Hold Down hangs on a power rack upright with a quick-mount J-hook and positions a padded roller over the thighs. It keeps the user anchored during lat pulldowns and doubles as a support roller for split squats and preacher curls.

Description
When a lat pulldown load approaches bodyweight, users begin lifting off the seat. The SPRLHD holds the thighs down so the back can do the work and form stays consistent. It hooks onto the rack upright like a J-cup, so it can be set at the right height for each user and removed when not needed.
Set lower, the roller becomes a rear-foot support for Bulgarian split squats or an arm pad for preacher-style curls. It is designed for Body-Solid's SPR and GPR power rack series.
