Description
Hanging inverted lets gravity gently lengthen the spine and stretch the back, neck and shoulders, and many users add inverted sit-ups and crunches for core training. The GIB2R hooks attach to any horizontal bar strong enough to support the user, such as a power rack crossmember or a mounted pull-up bar.
Use a spotter or a low bar when first learning to mount and dismount. Consult a physician before inversion if you have high blood pressure, eye conditions or other health concerns.
