The Body-Solid Tools OMG47 Olympic Multi-Grip Curl Bar has three sets of neutral handles on a 47" frame with 8" Olympic horns. Palms-facing grips let you train chest, back, shoulders and arms at angles a straight bar cannot.

Description
A neutral grip is easier on the wrists, elbows and shoulders for many lifters, and it changes how the chest, triceps and back are loaded. The OMG47 puts three neutral positions on one bar, so you can move from close-grip presses to hammer curls to rows without changing equipment.
Knurled handles provide a secure hold, and the 31" span between collars leaves room for each grip position.
