Description
The RC02 and RC03 are cast iron outside collars with a machine-drilled center hole and a solid steel, chrome lever bolt. Tightening the lever clamps the collar to the bar so plates stay put during curls, presses and rows. The RC02 weighs 1 lb and the RC03 weighs 0.5 lb; both are sold as single collars, so order two for a bar.
The RC0616 is a pair of spring collars for 1" standard bars. Squeeze the handles to open, slide the collar on and release; the spring steel holds the plates in place and lets you change weight quickly between sets.
