The Keystone Hack Squat pairs a spring-loaded, natural motion path with molded polyurethane foam pads and an extra-large non-slip platform, so lifters can vary foot placement to target different areas of the lower body while staying comfortable and secure through heavy sets.
Rated for a 150kg (330 lb) maximum user weight and 250kg (550 lb) maximum training weight, with 36kg (79 lb) of starting resistance, the frame is finished in matte black with a proprietary two-coat powder process and built to hold up to extensive, repeated commercial use.
