The rubber compound is engineered for a higher bounce, letting the plate absorb repeated overhead drops while protecting your barbell and flooring.

Description
Each V2 Hi-Temp plate is moulded from high-density virgin grain rubber, giving it a completely odourless finish and a higher bounce than standard rubber plates so it can be dropped repeatedly from overhead in high-traffic training environments. The steel centre is fully enclosed within the rubber, preventing metal-on-metal contact when plates are loaded together and protecting barbell sleeves from wear.
Chamfered edges and double-sided knurled grip handles make the plates easier to pick up and load, and every plate is tolerance-tested to under 2% of its displayed weight across the 5kg to 25kg range.
