Anchor Yourself for Harder Seated Pulls
A seated row is only as strong as what is holding you down. The PRx Knee Keeper pins to your rack, works with the PRx Axis Pad, and braces your legs so the weight goes through your back instead of lifting you off the seat.
A 5" diameter black vinyl pad takes the pressure, a 4-hole adjustment pattern gets the height right for any size athlete, and two pins let you reposition it mid-workout. It also earns a second job as a foot holder for crunches and a backrest for Axis Pad leg curl and extension work.
Key Features
Braces your knees so heavy seated pulls stay seated and every rep loads the target muscle.
Fine height adjustment that dials in the fit for athletes of any size.
Two pins in, two pins out, so you can reposition between sets without breaking rhythm.
A 5" diameter, 9" long black vinyl pad that holds you firmly without pinching.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resists the wear that comes from constant pin adjustment.
Use it to anchor your feet for weighted crunches and abdominal work.
Provides a backrest when running the Axis Pad Leg Curl / Leg Extension attachment.
A durable finish that keeps its look through years of loading and repositioning.
Description
Everyone who has done a heavy seated cable row or lat pulldown at home knows the failure mode: you load the stack properly and the weight starts lifting you instead of the other way around. A knee brace is the fix, and it is one of the cheapest ways to make an existing pulley setup meaningfully more useful.
The Knee Keeper pins to your rack and works alongside the PRx Axis Pad. The 4-hole pattern lets you set the pad exactly where your thighs sit, which matters more than it sounds; too high and it cuts in, too low and it does nothing. Once it is set, two pins hold it, and the 5" diameter vinyl pad spreads the pressure across your legs comfortably enough to forget about it and just pull.
Construction is UHMW with a black powder coat finish, and at 13 lb and 6.25" x 21" x 12.5" it is easy to move and easy to store. The standalone design is what makes it better value than a fixed brace: flip your position and it anchors your feet for crunches, or serves as a backrest during Axis Pad leg curl and extension work.
Two things to confirm before ordering. It fits 3" x 3" uprights with 5/8" holes and 4" spacing, and it is not compatible with the PRx Elite or Prime pulley systems for lat pulldown. If your 3x3 upright does not have 4" side hole spacing, PRx publishes a modified install for the Axis Pad attachment.
