Body-Solid Tools BSTRT Resistance Tubes give athletes, rehab clients and home users a light, packable way to train the upper and lower body. Each color-coded tube is 61" handle to handle, and the line runs from very light to very heavy so resistance can be matched to the exercise and the user.

Description
Elastic tubing loads a movement through its full range of motion, which makes the BSTRT a practical choice for strength work, warm-ups and rehabilitation. Rows, presses, curls, lateral raises, squats and hip work can all be performed with one tube, and because resistance rises as the tube stretches, users can progress by stepping farther from the anchor point or moving up a color.
Buy a single level to replace or add one tube, choose the 5-pack (BSTRT-5PACK) for a complete progression, or select the gym pack (BSTRT-GYMPACK), which adds a door frame attachment so the tubes can be anchored at different heights in a doorway.
