Chest Flyes and Rear Delts on One Frame
The Body-Solid ProDual DPEC-SF Pec Fly / Rear Delt Machine uses independent, articulating arms driven by dual overhead cams to train the chest from the front and the rear deltoids from the reverse position. Each arm moves on its own, so users can work one side at a time or both together.

Description
The DPEC-SF pairs variable-resistance overhead cams with articulating pec arms so resistance stays consistent through the full arc of a fly and a reverse fly. Independent range-of-motion adjustments on each arm let users set a comfortable stretch, and the long handles rotate a full 360 degrees to follow the natural path of the hands in both directions.
The frame is factory-welded 11-gauge oval steel with a powder-coated finish, fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys, 2,500 lb. rated aircraft cable and DuraFirm upholstery over high-density foam. This freestanding version can also serve as a module within Body-Solid's ProDual 3-stack and 4-stack gyms.
