TRX Training was born in 1997 when Randy Hetrick, then a U.S. Navy SEAL officer, rigged a jiu-jitsu belt and parachute webbing into a makeshift strength tool so his squad could keep training during deployment. That military-born design philosophy still defines TRX Training today. TRX Suspension Trainers use gravity and bodyweight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability anywhere — no rack, no plates, no gym required. Fitness Supply carries the TRX PRO4 System, TRX Tactical Gym, and Commercial Suspension Trainer, along with the anchors and mounts — Single Mount, Multi Mount, XMount, and Door Anchor — needed to set up a TRX system in any home, garage, or facility.
