Description
Standing multi-hip work strengthens the muscles that stabilize the pelvis and knees, which are difficult to train on most home gyms. The FMH adds a dedicated station to the Fusion 500 or 600, with an adjustable-height pivot and cam to line up with each user's hip joint.
Stabilizing handles help users stay balanced through each movement, and the easy entry and exit design keeps transitions quick. Resistance comes from the home gym's weight stack.
