Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as sold
  • Unused beyond reasonable evaluation
  • Returned with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation

Returns will NOT be accepted if items are:

  • Damaged or modified
  • Missing original packaging
  • Used beyond normal inspection

Additional exclusions may apply based on specific products or manufacturer policies.


Exemptions & Limitations

All shipping, delivery, and labor-related charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Freight or delivery charges
  • In-home delivery
  • Assembly, installation, or setup
  • Disassembly or equipment removal

Return Shipping & Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

  • Freight returns
  • Small parcel shipping
  • Pickup or retrieval fees (if required)

Important:

  • Free or promotional shipping does not include free return shipping
  • If pickup is required, a retrieval fee will be quoted and must be paid in advance

Restocking Fees

Orders totaling over $6,000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.

💡 This fee may be waived if the return is part of an exchange for a product or service of equal or greater value.


Special Orders & Final Sale Items

  • Custom or special-order items may be final sale once production or shipment has begun
  • Additional manufacturer-specific policies may apply

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Delivery or freight (initial or return)
  • Assembly, installation, or setup
  • Equipment removal or relocation
  • Any additional labor or customization services

  1. Confirm eligibility
  2. Provide a quote for return shipping or pickup
  3. Schedule pickup or send return instructions

All applicable fees must be paid prior to return transport.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed
