Description
Curl bars are the standard tool for biceps curls, skull crushers, upright rows and close-grip presses. The OB47B uses 2" Olympic sleeves so it shares plates with the rest of an Olympic setup.
The sleeves attach with a shoulder bolt collar mount, and the inside distance between sleeves is 31.5".
