The Body-Solid Powerline PAB21X Ab Crunch Bench provides resisted crunches and sit-ups through a 60-degree arc, and doubles as a station for triceps extensions. Its curved back pad starts each rep in a pre-stretch for a stronger ab contraction.

Description
The PAB21X provides resistance through the entire crunch rather than only at the top, moving from 30 degrees behind center to 30 degrees forward. The curved back pad positions the abs in a stretch at the start of each rep, and the pad adjusts infinitely so users of any height can line up correctly.
An extra-wide, sealed ball-bearing pulley lets the torso rotate for oblique crunches, and the same bench can be used for triceps extensions. At 31 lbs., it is easy to move and store.
