Solid Steel Handles for Standard Plates.
Body-Solid Tools Standard Dumbbell Handles turn 1" standard plates into adjustable dumbbells. Choose the 14" drop-forged solid steel handle, the 14" threaded handle with spin-lock collars, or the longer 19" threaded handle for heavier loads.

Description
A pair of handles and a stack of standard plates gives a home gym a wide range of dumbbell weights at a fraction of the space of a fixed set. The SDA14 is a plain 14" solid steel handle for use with separate collars; the SDA14T adds deep threads and spin-lock collars for quick, secure plate changes.
The SDA19T extends the length to 19" for more plate capacity and includes collars. Its chrome-plated finish resists wear and cleans easily.
