Description
The GCAB-STK is built on a 2" x 4" heavy-gauge steel mainframe and uses a 30-degree movement angle to keep the torso aligned through each repetition. Users can train abdominal flexion and lower back extension without moving to a second machine, which saves floor space in facilities where core equipment competes for room.
The 20-position adjustable cam and 7-position foot brace make it simple to fit users of different sizes, and thick DuraFirm upholstery provides support through high-repetition sets. Choose the standard 210 lb. stack or the 310 lb. stack for stronger users.
