Description
If you bought a Profile PRO rack for the space it gives back, this attachment is how you add commercial-gym cable work without giving that space away again. Two independent 160 lb selectorized stacks mount to your existing uprights, and the whole assembly retracts with the rack to 6" of wall depth.
A 1:1 pulley ratio keeps the math honest, and 62" of cable travel on the 95" rack (54" on the shorter uprights) covers lat pulldowns, low rows, flys, face pulls and standing presses. Pair it with the PRx Axis ecosystem and a footplate for belt squats, leg curls and preacher curls from the same footprint.
One important note before you order: the ARK folds up taller than a bare Profile PRO rack, so its minimum ceiling height requirements are different. Check the compatibility table below against your room. A multi-grip or straight pull-up bar works; a kipping bar does not. If your ceiling is lower than the table allows, talk to us before you buy and we will help you find a fit.
