Description
The BOB attaches to a single upright on your existing 3x3 (or select 2x3) power rack, using precision bearings and a split-rod design for a smooth, friction-free barbell path and a quick-release mechanism that lets you rack or release the bar at any point in the lift. It can be installed on either side of your uprights, and when secured with the included hook and clips it adds roughly 17 lbs to the total barbell weight.
