TRX Training at Fitness Supply
TRX Training was born in 1997 when Randy Hetrick, then a U.S. Navy SEAL officer, rigged a jiu-jitsu belt and parachute webbing into a makeshift strength tool so his squad could keep training during deployment. After earning his MBA at Stanford, Hetrick refined the concept and launched TRX Training out of his garage in 2004, creating an entirely new fitness category: Suspension Training.
That military-born design philosophy still defines TRX Training today. TRX Suspension Trainers use gravity and bodyweight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability anywhere — no rack, no plates, no gym required. Fitness Supply carries the TRX PRO4 System, TRX Tactical Gym, and Commercial Suspension Trainer, along with the anchors and mounts — Single Mount, Multi Mount, XMount, and Door Anchor — needed to set up a TRX system in any home, garage, or facility.
