Built-in programs include Quick Start, Manual, Fat Burner, Calorie Burner, Intervals, Bell-Shaped, Build, Mystery Challenge, Steady, and Heart Rate Zone Trainer. Heart rate monitoring is supported via contact grip sensors on the handrails plus wireless telemetry (Polar-compatible chest strap not included).
The unit is pre-wired for 110V or 220V and requires a standard electrical outlet.
