The BFAB20B places the user at a 45-degree seat angle to isolate the abdominal muscles without awkward floor positions. Two additional 5-degree recline positions let users fine-tune fit, and the 1.75" upholstered seat keeps sessions comfortable.
The upper ab crunch arm and lower ab knee raise station each carry a standard weight post with spring lock for progressive resistance. Safety pins and bolts at the adjustment points allow easy setup or disassembly, and the frame has a durable powder-coated finish.
