Cable Crossover Training Loaded With Your Own Plates
The Body-Solid Best Fitness BFCCO10 is a plate-loaded cable crossover for home and garage gyms. Two wide-set towers with swiveling pulleys open up high and low cable work for every major muscle group, using weight plates you already own instead of a fixed stack.

Description
With a pulley tower on each side, the BFCCO10 covers crossovers, flyes, rows, pulldown variations, curls, triceps extensions, lateral raises and lower-body cable work. The no-cable-change design keeps setups simple, and the pulleys swivel 180 degrees so the cable line stays true through angled movements.
Each weight carriage runs on nylon bushings over chrome guide rods and accepts standard weight plates, which keeps the unit light to ship (two boxes) and lets resistance scale with your plate collection. At 37" deep by 110" wide, it fits along a garage or basement wall.
