Description
The BFLA100B bolts onto the Best Fitness BFPR100 Power Rack and uses a no-cable-change design, so users can move from pulldowns to low rows without re-routing the cable. It includes a lat bar and a low row bar and accepts other cable handles.
Resistance comes from standard plates loaded on 1" weight posts, and Olympic adapter sleeves are available for 2" plates. The nylon-coated, aircraft-quality cable is built for smooth, durable operation.
