Description
Squats, bench presses, overhead presses and rack pulls are all safer inside a power rack, and the BFPR100 puts that capability within reach of a home gym budget. Twenty-three positions spaced 3" apart let the lift-offs and full-length safety bars be set precisely for each lifter and exercise.
The rack is built from 14-gauge 2" x 2" steel with a durable powder-coat finish and is rated to 500 lbs. It can be expanded later with the Best Fitness BFLA100 lat attachment for pulldowns and low rows.
