Color-Coded Grip Plates in Complete Sets
Body-Solid Color Rubber Grip Olympic Weight Sets combine color-coded, quad-grip plates encased in heavy-duty rubber with a metal insert for 2" Olympic bars. Choose plates only (255, 355 or 455 lb) or a complete 300, 400 or 500 lb set with a 7' chrome Olympic bar and collars.

Description
The rubber encasement resists rusting, chipping, flaking and fading, and helps protect floors and equipment. The integrated grips make these plates easier to handle than standard cast iron, which is useful in both commercial facilities and home gyms.
The plates-only options pair with a 45 lb 7' bar to reach the matching set totals (for example, 255 lb of plates plus a 45 lb bar equals 300 lb). The rubber grip design is used under license from Iron Grip Barbell Company (U.S. Pat. No. 5,137,502).
