Upper and Lower Abs in One Synchronized Motion
The Body-Solid GAB100B Horizontal Ab Bench uses a patented reverse-crunch design in which the upper and lower body move together, engaging the full abdominal wall in each rep. A counterbalance plate post lets beginners reduce resistance or advanced users add Olympic plates for more load.

Description
Many ab exercises let the hip flexors or neck take over. The GAB100B supports the head and upper back while the knees and torso draw together in a guided path, isolating the abdominal region and reducing strain elsewhere. Users lie horizontally, which makes the bench easy to get into and out of between sets.
Loading plates on the counterbalance post lightens the movement for newer users, while adding plates to the working side increases resistance for stronger users. The commercial-rated steel frame and thick DuraFirm padding make it suitable for health clubs as well as home gyms.
