45° Back Extensions for the Home Gym
The Body-Solid Powerline PHYP200X is a 45-degree back hyperextension that also works the obliques with side bends. Telescoping hip pads and large foam rollers adjust to the user, making it a compact tool for strengthening the lower back, glutes and core.
