Lat Pulldowns and Seated Rows in One Machine
The Body-Solid Powerline PLM180X Lat Machine provides high-pulley pulldowns and low-pulley rows in a compact home unit. Dual-position foam rollers hold the legs in place, and plate-loaded resistance keeps the machine compact.

Description
The PLM180X covers the core pulling movements of an upper-body program: lat pulldowns, seated rows, triceps pressdowns and upright rows. Dual-position 8" foam rollers keep the user anchored for pulldowns, and the low pulley supports seated rows from the same seat.
Resistance comes from standard plates loaded on 1" weight posts, up to 250 lbs. A lat bar and a low row bar are included; plates and collars are sold separately.
