Smith Machine and Free-Weight Half Rack in One
The Body-Solid Powerline PSM200 combines a 7-degree Smith machine with J-cups and spotter arms for free-weight barbell training. It gives home gyms guided and free-bar lifting in a single 47" x 66" footprint.

Description
The PSM200's Smith bar rides on high-impact nylon bushings over chrome-plated guide rods, and safety catches with 12 lockout points let you end a set anywhere in the range of motion. The bar carriage weighs 25 lbs. For traditional barbell work, the frame also has two composite-lined J-cups and two 13" safety spotter arms, each adjustable through 12 positions spaced 3" apart.
Four integrated weight horns hold 2" Olympic plates beside the machine. Add the optional PLT200 Lat Attachment and a bench (sold separately) for pulldowns, triceps extensions, curls and cable work.
