Description
Unlike a fixed-arm press, the GMFP-STK delivers resistance through independent cables, so each arm works on its own and the lifter controls the pressing path. Because the pulleys rotate 180 degrees, the station also supports presses performed seated on a stability ball or standing in front of the machine.
The adjustable seat sets the start position for vertical and angled presses, and the included nylon cable handles offer several connection rings for different grips. Choose the 210 lb. stack or upgrade to the 310 lb. stack for advanced users.
