Description
Adjustable dumbbells let a home gym cover presses, rows, curls, extensions and lunges without a full dumbbell rack. Each handle weighs 3.7 lb. with collars, and plates are added or removed by spinning the collars off the threaded sleeves.
The 23.7 lb. set (BSTADBPR20) includes two SDA14T handles, four 5 lb. plates and eight 2.5 lb. plates. The 48.7 lb. set (BSTADBPR) includes two SDA14T handles, sixteen 5 lb. plates and four 2.5 lb. plates.
