Description
Weighted bars are a staple of group exercise, physical therapy, aerobics, yoga and Pilates programs. The BSTFB line covers light mobility and rehab work at 4-9 lb up through squats, presses, lunges and rows at the heavier weights, so one set of bars can serve a wide range of users.
The 4 through 24 lb bars measure 48.5" long, while the 30 lb and 36 lb bars extend to 59.5" and 71.5". Each bar is wrapped in durable rubber that resists sweat and repeated cleaning, and the labeling is designed not to wear off.
