Lift the Bar, Load the Plates
The Body-Solid Tools BSTOBJ Olympic Bar Jack raises one end of a loaded Olympic bar off the floor so plates slide on and off without prying or tilting the bar. It is sold individually; use one jack on one side or two to raise the whole bar.

Description
Changing plates on a loaded deadlift bar usually means lifting one end and wedging a plate under it. A bar jack does that job by levering the loaded bar up so the sleeve sits high enough for plates to come off and go on cleanly.
The BSTOBJ is built from 11-gauge steel with a heavy-duty plastic coating and works with Olympic bars. It is a practical addition for deadlifts, rows, hip thrusts and other lifts that start from the floor.
