Description
A weighted vest increases the demand of movements you already do without tying up your hands. The BSTWVP distributes its sandbag weights around the torso so the center of gravity stays close to the body, and the straps are wider than typical vests to limit bounce during running, jumping and step-up work.
Use it for sports performance, cross and functional training, rucking-style walks or progressive calisthenics. Start with a partial load and add sandbags as conditioning improves.
