Description
Thick-handled attachments make the hands and forearms work harder to hold the bar, adding grip training to curls, triceps pressdowns, skull crushers and overhead extensions. The MB229FG uses a 2" diameter knurled grip on a curl-bar profile so you can choose the wrist angle that suits the movement.
A revolving eyelet lets the bar turn freely on the cable and connect to a standard pulley or a dual-cable setup. Construction is 11-gauge steel.
