Description
A thicker handle spreads the load across the whole hand and makes the forearm flexors work harder to hold the bar. The OB48F brings that to biceps curls, preacher curls, spider curls, skull crushers, triceps extensions, overhead presses and upright rows.
The 8.25" sleeves accept standard 2" Olympic plates, and the 15 lb. bar weight keeps the starting load low for isolation work.
