Description
The SDBX66 uses a dial system to select from 12 loads between 11 and 66 lbs. Plates not in use stay in the cradle, and a dual-lock mechanism keeps the selected plates secured to the handle during curls, presses, rows and lunges. Weight is distributed evenly across the steel plates for a balanced feel.
The ergonomic, anti-slip handle is sized to fit most hands, and the heavy-duty steel and reinforced plastic construction is built for regular home use. This listing is for one dumbbell; the SDBX132 pair and the optional ADST storage stand are available separately.
