Description
The G1B centers on five biomechanically designed stations that cover a complete strength routine in one machine. The Lat Pulldown/High Pulley station handles lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns and cable crossovers, while the Ab Crunch/Mid Pulley station targets abs and triceps through a smooth, full range of motion. The Seated Row/Low Pulley station builds middle-back depth and reaches the lower lats without sitting on the floor, and the dedicated Leg Extension/Leg Curl and Chest Press stations round out a routine that trains the entire body.
Every station rides on a 12-gauge steel frame with 2,200 lb. tension-strength aircraft cables and a 160 lb. alloy weight stack, and the whole unit is covered by Body-Solid's In-Home Lifetime Warranty for original owners using it in a residential setting.
