Jammer Arms That Store on the Wall
The PRx Profile Halo Arms turn your squat rack into a pressing machine. Two pins drop them into the C-channel brackets, and the open-slot design means you can hang them or pull them off in seconds. Each arm carries 220 lb and offers six vertical and five horizontal locking positions.
Pull the pins entirely and the arms move free, which is where they separate from a fixed jammer. Converging presses, diverging rows, single-arm work, split squats and lunges all open up. When the session is over, the included wall storage takes them off the rack and off the floor.
Key Features
The C-channel bracket design lets you install or pull the arms off your rack in seconds with no tools.
Six vertical and five horizontal locking positions, or remove the pins for converging and diverging free-motion pressing.
Enough capacity for heavy chest press, Viking press, standing shoulder press and jammer work.
Unscrew the knurled knob to reposition the handles and change your grip for each movement.
Durable Tuff Coat paint on the handles keeps your hands locked in through the heaviest sets.
Hang both arms flat against the wall at 42" x 41" x 7" so your training floor stays clear.
Load plates directly onto each arm and add weight as the movement demands.
Fits all PRx squat racks with 3" uprights; not compatible with 2x3 uprights.
Description
Most jammer arms commit you to one plane of motion and one place to store them. The Profile Halo Arms solve both problems. The bracket is a C-channel, so the arm drops in from the side and locks with two pins rather than threading through a sleeve. Mounting and dismounting is a ten-second job, which matters when your rack has to do five jobs in one session.
With the pins in, you have six vertical and five horizontal positions to work through, covering everything from a low incline press to a standing overhead angle. Pull the pins and the arms swing freely, which is how you get true converging chest press, diverging rows and honest single-arm work without a selectorized machine. Each arm is rated to 220 lb and weighs 30 lb, so it is substantial without being a two-person lift.
The handles are bent and adjustable, held by a knurled knob and finished in Tuff Coat for a no-slip grip. Chest press, Viking press, standing shoulder press, bench press, jammer press, lunges, split squats and bent-over rows all live on the same attachment. Choose your Style above to match your rack.
A note on use: dropping the arms against your upright can damage both, so anchor freestanding racks to the floor. Racks with 1" hole patterns or 73" uprights are still compatible but lose some range. These arms are not intended for pull-ups.
